توضح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع socks wholesale ("نحن") بياناتك وتستخدمها عندما تطلب منا من المتجر الإلكتروني أو إنستجرام أو واتساب، ومع من نشاركها. نلتزم بقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها عند الطلب

الاسم ورقم الموبايل (وواتساب).
عنوان التوصيل والمحافظة/المدينة، وأي ملاحظة تكتبها للمندوب.
المنتجات والمقاسات والكميات وطريقة الدفع.
صورة تحويل إنستاباي أو البنك إذا دفعت بالتحويل.

لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع. الدفع عند الاستلام أو بتحويل إنستاباي/بنكي فقط.

2. عند تصفح المتجر

السلة والمفضلة تُحفظ على جهازك (في المتصفح) وليس عندنا.
نسجل إحصائيات استخدام مجهولة لنفهم كيف يُستخدم المتجر ونحسّنه: الصفحات والمنتجات التي تُشاهد، والبحث والفلاتر، وما يُضاف للسلة، والخطوة التي وصلت لها في الطلب، ومن أين جاء الزائر (مثل اسم الموقع أو الحملة)، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح ولغة المتصفح. نستخدم رقماً عشوائياً لا يحدد هويتك.
لا نسجل في هذه الإحصائيات اسمك أو رقمك أو عنوانك أو ما تكتبه في خانات الطلب، ولا نحفظ عنوان IP الخاص بك. عند إتمام طلب نربط الزيارة برقم الطلب فقط لنعرف ما الذي ساعدك على الشراء.
نحتفظ بهذه الإحصائيات 13 شهراً كحد أقصى. نحترم إعداد "عدم التتبع" في متصفحك: إذا فعّلته لا نسجل شيئاً.
لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (كوكيز) ولا أدوات تتبع إعلانية (بيكسل) على المتجر.

3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

تأكيد الطلب معك على واتساب أو بالتليفون قبل الشحن.
تجهيز الطلب وتسليمه لشركة الشحن، أو تسليمه لك إذا استلمته بنفسك.
تحصيل المبلغ عند الاستلام أو مطابقة التحويل.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع وخدمة ما بعد البيع.
الرد على رسائلك على إنستجرام وواتساب. بعض الردود يكتب مسودتها برنامج (منها الذكاء الاصطناعي) ويراجعها فريقنا قبل الإرسال، ويمكنك دائماً طلب التحدث مع شخص.
منع الطلبات الوهمية والمتكررة.
الفواتير والسجلات المحاسبية التي يطلبها القانون.

4. رسائل واتساب والعروض

نرسل على واتساب ما يخص طلبك (التأكيد والشحن). أما العروض وأخبار رجوع المنتجات فنرسلها فقط إذا وافقت، مثلاً بتعليم الخانة في صفحة الدفع. يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت بالرد STOP أو "إيقاف".

5. مع من نشارك بياناتك

لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً. نشارك فقط ما يلزم:

شركة الشحن: الاسم والموبايل والعنوان ومحتوى الشحنة والمبلغ المطلوب تحصيله.
شركة ميتا (إنستجرام وواتساب) التي تنقل رسائلنا.
مزودو خدمات يعالجون البيانات لحسابنا بموجب عقود: الاستضافة (Google Cloud)، صور المنتجات (Cloudinary)، وخدمة ذكاء اصطناعي (Anthropic) لمسودات الردود. قد تتم المعالجة خارج مصر.
الجهات الرسمية عندما يلزم القانون.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ

الطلبات والفواتير: المدة التي يطلبها قانون الضرائب والمحاسبة المصري.
الرسائل وبيانات التواصل: طالما أنت عميل، وحتى 3 سنوات بعد آخر طلب، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.

7. حماية البيانات

بياناتك محفوظة على خوادم مؤمّنة ويصل إليها فقط فريقنا الذي يحتاجها لخدمة طلبك، بحسابات شخصية بكلمات سر، والاتصال بالمتجر مشفّر.

8. حقوقك

يمكنك أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو إيقاف العروض. راجع صفحة حذف البيانات. نرد خلال 30 يوماً.

9. التغييرات والتواصل

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، والتاريخ أعلاه يوضح آخر نسخة.

This policy explains how socks wholesale ("we") collects and uses your data when you order from our online shop, Instagram or WhatsApp, and who we share it with. We follow Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020).

1. What we collect when you order

Your name and mobile (WhatsApp) number.
Delivery address, governorate/city, and any note for the courier.
The products, sizes, quantities and payment method.
The InstaPay or bank transfer screenshot, if you pay by transfer.

We don't collect payment-card details. You pay cash on delivery or by InstaPay/bank transfer.

2. When you browse the shop

Your cart and favourites are saved on your device (in your browser), not with us.
We keep anonymous usage statistics to understand and improve the shop: pages and products viewed, searches and filters, what is added to the cart, how far an order got, where a visitor came from (such as a website or campaign name), and the device, browser and browser language. We use a random ID that doesn't identify you.
These statistics never include your name, number, address or what you type into the order form, and we don't store your IP address. When you place an order, we link the visit to the order number only, to learn what helped you buy.
We keep these statistics for 13 months at most. We respect your browser's Do Not Track setting: when it is on, nothing is recorded.
We don't use cookies or advertising trackers (pixels) on the shop.

3. How we use your data

To confirm your order with you on WhatsApp or by phone before shipping.
To prepare your order and hand it to the courier, or to you if you pick it up.
To collect cash on delivery or match your transfer.
For exchanges, returns and after-sales support.
To reply to your messages on Instagram and WhatsApp. Some replies are drafted by software (including AI) and reviewed by our team before they are sent. You can always ask to speak to a person.
To prevent fake and duplicate orders.
For invoices and the accounting records the law requires.

4. WhatsApp messages and offers

We message you on WhatsApp about your order (confirmation and shipping). We send offers and back-in-stock news only if you agreed, for example by ticking the box at checkout. You can stop them any time by replying STOP.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share only what's needed:

The courier: name, phone, address, what's in the parcel and the amount to collect.
Meta Platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp), which carry our messages.
Service providers who process data for us under contract: hosting (Google Cloud), product images (Cloudinary), and an AI service (Anthropic) for reply drafts. They may process data outside Egypt.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Orders and invoices: as long as Egyptian tax and accounting law requires.
Messages and contact details: as long as you're a customer and up to 3 years after your last order, then we delete or anonymise them.

7. Keeping it safe

Your data is stored on secured servers. Only the staff who need it to handle your order can see it, through personal password-protected accounts, and the connection to the shop is encrypted.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to stop offers. See our Data Deletion page. We reply within 30 days.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
